A better way to see Fuel Forward® App performance

The Fuel Forward® App continues to be an important way for your customers to pay quickly, securely and with savings – and the refreshed Mobile Pay dashboard in Phillips 66 Gateway turns that activity into clear, easy-to-use insights. With the latest updates, you can quickly:

  • See how many Mobile Pay transactions you’re getting at each site
  • Track whether mobile volume is growing month-over-month
  • Compare locations to see which are leading and which may need more focus

All of this is available to you 24/7 in Phillips 66 Gateway, with no special reporting requests needed.

What is the Mobile Pay dashboard?

The Mobile Pay dashboard is a self-service reporting page within Phillips 66 Gateway that shows your Mobile Pay activity by customer and by site. At a glance, you can see:

  • Total Mobile Pay transactions over time
  • Gallons and revenue driven through Mobile Pay
  • Whether transactions are inside or at the pump
  • Trends for each location, monthovermonth

Think of it as your “command center” for Mobile Pay, giving you a clear view of how customers are using the Fuel Forward® App across your network.

What’s new?

We’ve made several changes to make the dashboard easier to use and more actionable:

1. Clearer, more intuitive layout

  • Key metrics such as total mobile transactions, mobile gallons and revenue are now highlighted at the top.
  • Charts and tables are organized so you can start with a big-picture view and then drill into individual sites as needed.

2. Stronger trend visibility

  • Updated line charts make it easier to see how Fuel Forward® App adoption is trending by month.
  • You can quickly spot spikes or dips that may align with promotions, outages or local changes at a site.

3. Easier site-level views

  • Site-level pages make it simple to compare performance across locations and identify top performing and underperforming sites.
  • Inside vs. outside indicators help you understand where the app is most frequently used, which can guide placement of signage and employee coaching.

4. Consistent experience with the rest of Gateway

  • The look and feel of the Mobile Pay dashboard now aligns more closely with other Gateway reporting tools, such as outage views and other digital metrics.
  • This means less “relearning” as you move between dashboards and more time using the data.

How to get started

  1. Log in to Phillips 66 Gateway using your existing credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Mobile Pay section and open the Mobile Pay dashboard.
  3. Review your highlevel KPIs and then drill into site-level views.
  4. Identify a few key sites where small changes could move the needle.

By making Mobile Pay performance easier to see and act on, the updated Mobile Pay dashboard in Phillips 66 Gateway is designed to help you turn everyday site data into practical decisions that support your customers, strengthen your brand and capture more value from the Fuel Forward® App.
