Success: Our transition to IPSOS is complete

We have successfully transitioned to IPSOS, the largest mystery shopping agency in the world. They conduct more than 1.3 million mystery shops and audits in more than 160 countries globally, providing a state-of-the-art customer portal and cutting-edge consumer research. We are excited to offer this new platform to you for your mystery shop program, but we wanted to provide a few commonly received questions and their corresponding answers to ease the transition for everyone.  

Account Set Up: In July, IPSOS sent out the credentials and login information to customers who entered their contact information in the retired portal managed by Market Force. The email came from: no-reply@sassieshop.com. If you did not receive this email, please contact your account specialist.  

Password Reset or Trouble Logging In: Visit the homepage and click on “Forgot Password.” The Company Name should be Phillips 66 (this is case and space sensitive). The forgot email password will come from an email ending in “sassieshop.com.” Follow instructions in the email to set up your initial password. 

IPSOS Informational Sessions: IPSOS hosted three informational sessions that were communicated in recent editions of the Mile Marker and the Weekly Fill-Up. These sessions occurred at the end of July and first week of August. For those who were unable to attend, a demo recorded session is available on the Solutions Tab in the portal. 

IPSOS Timing: IPSOS began conducting shops as early as July 1, and the customer portal went live on July 18. Additionally, reports started to be distributed to customers on July 18.

Cures/Appeals: IPSOS will offer the same cure/appeal options as Market Force, and the cure window will be the same length (30 days). However, IPSOS’ cure window works off of a site’s REPORT date, not their SHOP date. You can submit your cures directly from your site’s scorecard as shown below.
