We’re excited to announce upcoming enhancements to the Fuel ForwardTM App! The Fuel ForwardTM App enhancements are designed to improve ease of use and build loyalty by creating a more seamless experience for consumers. The transition to the Fuel ForwardTM App this year has helped enable our team to deliver these new, innovative app features faster and more efficiently. Updates will be included in two releases that will launch in December and early January.
The December Fuel ForwardTM App Release includes:
- Updated app icons on the home screen.
- “More” has changed to “Account” so consumers can more easily recognize where to access their account information, settings and more. (Note: This one was updated in iOS version in September)
- “Inbox” has changed to “Wallet” for consumers to easily navigate to the app’s wallet and add a payment method.
- The “Stations” icon has been changed to better represent the station finder and navigation.
- There is a new mailbox icon in top right corner that will display inbox messaging capability and enable a new way to engage the user.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay pop-ups.
- For users that have Apple Pay or Google Pay set-up, pop-up screens will now notify new users that the payment method was automatically added to wallet and ready to use.
- App features/tutorial.
- We’ve added a “swipe” overview on the login screen and help section to highlight app benefits and how to use the app.
- A reorganized wallet.
- Reduced payment methods from 10 to 7 by consolidating credit card providers into one.
The January Fuel ForwardTM App Release includes:
- A simplified account registration process.
- Reducing from 10 screens down to 5 to create a quicker process for consumers to create an account in app.
- Apple ID login.
- The Apple ID login will allow iOS users to use their Apple ID to create an account and login to the app.
