The “primary not ready” expediated service connects your site to the payment network via a preactivated backup cellular circuit. This circuit is ready to use with your equipment upon arrival, helping your location become operational quickly while waiting for the primary line to be installed.
Installation Options
You can choose between:
- Self-Install Kit: Setup the equipment upon receipt and connect the primary broadband circuit yourself once it’s provisioned.
- Professional Installation: A technician will handle the setup for you.
Both Hughes and SageNet support this model. Installation timelines are typically 2–3 business days for Self-Installs and 5–6 business days for Professional Installs, with no additional fees.
