New EPOS/Site Dashboard Now Available in Phillips 66 Gateway®

Based on customer feedback, we are excited to announce that the new EPOS/Site Dashboard is now available in Phillips 66 Gateway®!  Historically, managing your sites to identify EPOS types, software versions, and other site-level indicators required manual reports. Now, this information is available at your fingertips through Gateway.

The EPOS/Site Dashboard, located under the “Performance” tab in Gateway, provides a comprehensive view of your active sites. It includes site names, addresses, EPOS types, software versions, transactional counts for EMV and mobile, and more. This tool will help you ensure software compliance by identifying sites with outdated software, facilitating adherence to the new PCI 4.0.1 technology rules.

Soon, we will add more features to enhance site management. Future enhancements to the dashboard include color coding to easily identify sites using outdated software or software that does not meet minimum branded functionality requirements. Additionally, we will introduce print-to-file/export capabilities and direct links to the latest EPOS software versions for easy reference.

This dashboard empowers you to take control of your site management and provides valuable day-to-day information. As new software end-of-life or functionality requirement dates are communicated via Weekly Fill Up, you can use the dashboard to plan for your specific sites. With the new PCI 4.0.1 rules, sites must maintain EPOS systems in line with vendor-supported software versions. The dashboard will be essential for upgrading and maintaining sites on supported software.

We will soon announce new software end-of-life dates and mandated software versions with industry-required functionality. Sites will receive timeline expectations for specific software version implementation in the related Weekly Fill Up communications.

The new dashboard is currently available to all Gateway Enroller/Admins. Enroller/Admins can add the “EPOS/Site Dashboard” permission set to individual users within your account. If you are a standard user, please contact your Gateway admin for access.

To access the dashboard, login to Gateway and navigate to the Performance tab, select Dashboards, Report and EPOS/Site Dashboard.
