Gilbarco Passport V23.01 MP27 Now Available!
Gilbarco Passport v23.01MP27 (2301020R) software for Phillips 66®, 76® and Conoco® branded stations is now available.
MP27 improvements:
- The new version includes a fix for Fuel Forward® App mobile payment uncollected sales. In previous version MP18, there is a current issue in which the site disconnects during the authorization process – the transaction is caught in the authorized state and the data is not finalized. Due to the transaction not being finalized, the sale is not sent to Phillips 66 for settlement.
If sites on v23.01 software do not upgrade to MP27, any uncollected mobile payment sales must be submitted by the site within 10 calendar days of the transaction to be considered for reimbursement, per the Phillips 66 Credit Card Guide.
Software/PCI Compliance
Phillips 66 recommends that EPOS software be maintained to the most current update. This new software is certified to the new PCI SSF standard and can be used by sites to support their PCI compliance requirements, or at minimum must run an approved version listed on Gateway.
NOTE: Gilbarco has recently announced that Insite 360 support will no longer be supported for any version 22.xx and older after September 30, 2025. Any sites utilizing I360 that do not upgrade to v23.01 or greater will require a tech visit to re-enable I360 after March 2025 (Sept 30, 2025).
