Verifone: End-of-Life Incentives Available 

As previously communicated, Verifone discontinued the sale of Topaz XL 410, Ruby2, RubyCi, Ruby2 iOrder on September 30, 2023. Verifone no longer makes new features available in software intended to run on these discontinued devices. Verifone will continue to provide you any software support that you have contracted in relation to discontinued devices, including error correction for severity 1 issues and compliance updates (if included in your contracted software support package). Read below to learn about the newest technology, the C18, and the new incentives available.

  • Unique status light ring can change color to indicate status of system or provide alerts 
  • Built-in hardware diagnostics consisting of a “Soft Reset” that allows for a graceful recovery from a system problem

How to Upgrade  

You may continue using the discontinued devices and Verifone will continue providing contracted repair and hardware support services for the discontinued devices until September 30, 2026; provided that Verifone’s obligation to repair the discontinued devices is dependent on the availability of any required replacement parts, which Verifone cannot guarantee.  

Verifone Product Purchase Program for Phillips 66® 

Phillips 66 has dedicated pricing for sites branded Phillips 66®, 76®, and Conoco® when hardware is ordered through this program.  

  • C18 Point of Sale Only (No printer/cash drawer/UPS) $3700.00 
  • C18 Point of Sale With Peripherals $4500.00 
  • C18 Point of Sale with Peripherals & Keyboard $5000.00 
  • Commander Site Controller (16 Fueling Positions) $4500.00 
  • M400 PIN Pad (No Stand) $ 640.00 

** Pricing may be updated at Verifone’s discretion. Orders must be through Phillips 66® hardware program to take advantage of special pricing. Verifone standard limited warranty applies to all orders. Sites must be covered by current ASM/HD program under Phillips 66® to take advantage of hardware program.

C18/M400 Incentive Program – Extended 

Verifone previously launched an incentive program for VASCs when C18 terminals are installed. Manufacturer rebates for merchants are issued when C18 and M400 are installed, or the RubyCI is replaced with a Commander, C18, and M400. 

The Verifone Incentive Program Flyer and the Terms & Conditions documents listed the end date for equipment purchases as June 30, and installations must be completed by August 31. Verifone is extending this Program by one month. This means equipment purchases now must be completed by July 31, and Installations must be completed by September 30. 

All sites participating in this program MUST be Pre-Enrolled by July 31. Site Enrollments will NOT be accepted after that date.
