As previously announced, we are transitioning our current mystery shop program to IPSOS starting on July 1. The program will remain the same, but your portal will be more user friendly and offer you better tools for improving your score and ultimately your site(s). Even more exciting, you will now be able to configure your views as well as view reporting in the mobile app.

We anticipate that you will find the new portal a seamless experience; however, if you have questions, IPSOS will be offering training once the portal is live.
Important dates to remember
- The new portal goes live on July 18, and you will receive your login credentials at that time.
