Fortinet FortiGate 60E, 61E and 80E firewall devices are reaching end of service this year. Once unsupported, these devices will no longer support credit card processing and must be replaced before the device end of service date.
Failure to replace the hardware will result in transaction failures, PCI noncompliance, and loss of vendor technical support and firmware updates.
Please watch for communications from your network vendor with additional details. Hughes and SageNet are managing their ordering and upgrade timelines differently, so it is important to work directly with your vendor to meet required deadlines.
