As part of our current gift card program announced in May 2023, our previous, individual branded gifts are no longer available for activating or recharging. Moving forward, all sites must activate/re-charge a new Tri-Branded gift card. If you have misplaced the new tri-branded cards, please email Cathy Koehler with SVS (details below) to request a new shipment. This change only impacts activations/re-charges at the POS. Consumers will still be able to present their old gift card for purchases (if there is a balance).
How to order new tri-branded cards:
- Email Cathy at CKoehler@storedvalue.com and include the stores 8-digit EPOS number + 21 (Terminal ID).
Benefits of the new Gift Card Program include:
- Automatic inventory replenishment system for retail fulfillment: As you activate new tri-branded gift cards at your POS, our gift card processor is now tracking this usage. When your inventory level hits 50 cards, another sleeve of 100 cards will automatically be shipped out to you. If your site uses a high volume of gift cards, please email Phillips66.supportb2b@storedvalue.com and we can increase your sleeve quantity.
- If an additional Bulk Order of blank cards are needed for a promotion event or charity event (outside of your normal inventory replenishment), please email: Phillips66.supportb2b@storedvalue.com to assist with your order.
- A balance inquiry website: this site will provide gift card balances and transaction history.
- An E-commerce website for ordering activated gift cards with pre-loaded denominations: Quantity and dollar value are now customizable for B2B & B2C ordering.
