Based on feedback from early adopters, new features and functionality have been added to Phillips 66 Gateway to enhance your digital experience. The recent updates to Phillips 66 Gateway include improvements to the financial and supply summary experiences to meet your business needs.
Today’s feature release includes new daily emailed data subscriptions and select all capabilities:
- BOL/Delivery and Credit Card data now delivered via email in .csv format – Subscribe today!
- Select all to download to .csv ability on all financial screens
In June, we launched the enhanced Supply Summary experience and the redesigned billing and BOL/delivery screens, including:
- terminal outage notifications in line with terminal product
- ship-to users now have Supply Summary view (supply permission required)
- nine new filters to narrow your view of billing data
- additional column data matching the BizLink download
- six new filters to view BOL/Delivery data
- more consistent experience across financial suite
BizLink End of Life Coming Soon: Take Action
We will communicate more details as we get closer to BizLink end of life this summer. We encourage you to start preparing today!
- Activate Your Gateway User Account: To minimize business disruption, we highly encourage user activation and adoption before end of life this summer. Contact your Phillips 66 Gateway admin for access.
- Attention Gateway Admins: Review your BizLink users on BizLink’s Company Profile to ensure all sold to and ship to users are extended access to Gateway. User management is simple in Phillips 66 Gateway. Create a user once and extend access to various accounts, as needed.
- Establish Integrations: Ensure your data flows by updating your back-office integrations. Contact GatewayIntegrations@p66.com to get started.
- Communicate to Your Network: Phillips 66 Gateway is the replacement for BizLink, which is reaching end-of-life. Phillips 66 Gateway is built on modern technology offering a better online experience, while delivering the same trusted business-critical data.
