We are happy to announce that our new gift card program with Card2202 is launching with a new tri-branded look to ensure continuity between all three fuel brands. These new tri-branded cards will start shipping to your store in a sleeve of 100 cards starting May 2^nd and should be received within 1 -2 weeks. The new cards arriving will REPLACE your existing inventory.

ENHANCEMENTS TO THE PROGRAM INCLUDE: 

1. Automatic inventory replenishment system for retail fulfillment: As you activate new tri-branded gift cards at your POS, our gift card processor is now tracking this usage. When your inventory level hits 50 cards, another sleeve of 100 cards will automatically be shipped out to you. If your site uses a high volume of gift cards, please email Phillips66.supportb2b@storedvalue.com and we can increase your sleeve quantity. 
   • If an additional Bulk Order of blank cards are needed for a promotion event or charity event (outside of your normal inventory replenishment), please email: Phillips66.supportb2b@storedvalue.com to assist with your order. 
2. A balance inquiry website: this site will provide gift card balances and transaction history 
3. An E-commerce website for ordering activated gift cards with pre-loaded denominations: Quantity and dollar value are now customizable for B2B & B2C ordering. The e-commerce website will be launching in the next couple of weeks, and we will communicate these website addresses in future Weekly Fill-Ups, when available. 

 THINGS TO KNOW AND ACTIONS TO TAKE… 

1. Your existing individual branded Phillips 66^®, Conoco^® & 76^® gift card inventory (as shown below) needs to be destroyed – Start activating your new Tri-Branded inventory at your POS once received.
2. Existing gift cards (see below) will continue to be accepted as a method of payment for inside/outside sales. 
3. Discontinue re-charging existing gift cards. If a consumer wants to recharge an existing card, activate a new tri-branded gift card.
4. As a reminder, as you activate new tri-branded gift cards at your POS, our gift card processor is now tracking this usage. When your inventory level hits 50 cards, another sleeve of 100 cards will automatically be shipped out to you. You no longer have to order inventory for your site(s), as it will automatically be replenished.
