Did you know that the Contracts & Customer Service team plays a critical role in your happiness and success as our customer? Whether you’ve asked them questions yourself or connected with them through your Sales Rep, they are your support to ensure you have the resources, information and manpower you need for daily operations. When you became a branded site, they fueled the first steps on your retail fuel journey with Phillips 66, helping you with customer setup and downloading you on all the programs we have to offer your business. Their drive to keep you speeding ahead doesn’t stop there.   

Phillips 66 created our Contracts & Customer Service team to not only provide tactical support but also to build integral relationships with you and your Sales Rep to understand your pain points, champion your success and help identify opportunities for growth—transforming experiences into advocacy for all branded sites. Our C&CS team is located in Bartlesville, Oklahoma and can be reached between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. central time. As our C&CS team gets to know you and your site(s), we want you to feel like you know them too, and have a face to the voice that helps with any inquiry you may have.
