Honoring Heroes: 7/6 Day at Dodger Stadium, Hosted by 76®

On July 6, Dodger Stadium was filled with gratitude and celebration as 76® hosted a special 7/6 Day event to honor 150 first responders who bravely served during the recent Southern California wildfires. We welcomed firefighters, paramedics, and emergency personnel to express our appreciation for their service and commitment to the community. Many of our 76® customers also joined us for the event. All guests were treated to a pre-game party, where they received exclusive Dodger and 76®-branded hats, 7/6 day rally towels and one of our new collectible Dodger pins.

Beyond the exclusive party, more than 3,000 fans engaged in a 76® brand-forward experience at Viva Los Dodgers. Our brand ambassadors handed out branded premiums and promoted the Fuel Forward® App as they shared with fans how to participate in our latest promotion and claim their limited-edition Dodger pin. 7/6 day was also marked with rally towels for fans as they came through the gates and LED signage throughout the stadium.

On-Field Tribute

The highlight of the day came when the Los Angeles Fire Chief Ronnie Villanueva—representing the first responders—took the mound to throw the ceremonial first pitch. The moment served as a powerful symbol of appreciation from the entire 76® and Dodger community.

Community Spirit in Action

7/6 Day, hosted by 76®, was more than a celebration—it was a heartfelt thank-you to those who protect and serve. The event underscored the Dodgers’ and Phillips 66’s shared commitment to community, resilience, and honoring those who go above and beyond in times of crisis.
