END OF SUPPORT:

  • Gilbarco has previously announced an end of support date of 12/31/2025 for v22.02 software.  Sites on v22.02 must upgrade software by 12/31/2025 to avoid non-compliance fees.
  • Gilbarco has also recently announced that support for critical issues in all v23.01 software will end on 12/31/2026.  This will be the end of life date for all v23.01 software.
  • As previously communicated, sites that plan to stay on Passport v23.01 for now must be on v23.01MP33 +QF31 (or later) to receive the updated security certificate.  Sites without this update will no longer be able to process after April 29, 2026.

Phillips 66 recommends that EPOS software be maintained to the most current update.  This new software is certified to the new PCI SSF standard and can be used by sites to support their PCI compliance requirements, or at minimum must run an approved version listed on Gateway.

The EPOS vendors and software versions supported for use at Phillips 66®, Conoco® and 76® branded locations can be found on the EPOS Platforms page on Gateway.  The table is updated as new software versions become available or are anticipated, and the table also indicates the versions considered to be outdated and no longer supported. Anything older than the current approved version(s) should be upgraded to avoid potential fees, lack of functionality, or potential debrand.
