As part of our ongoing commitment to enhance consumer loyalty and deliver personalized experiences, we’ve launched a new Fuel Forward® App pilot offer in select markets designed to encourage repeat transactions and deepen engagement with the Fuel Forward® App.
What’s New in This Pilot?
The pilot introduces a three-transaction incentive model—a strategic shift from the previous single-transaction offer. Eligible new Fuel Forward® App users in select markets will receive 15¢ off per gallon on their first three fill-ups, completed within 45 days of enrollment. This approach is based on insights showing that customers become significantly more loyal after three transactions.
Pilot Scope and Timing
- Markets: Amarillo, TX; Lincoln, NE; Portland, OR; and Bozeman, MT
- Duration: November 12, 2025 – December 31, 2025; redemption window will continue through February 15, 2026
Customer Experience
Participants will receive automated push notifications, in-app messages, and onboarding communications to guide them through each step. Point-of-purchase materials, including pump toppers and hose flags, will remain in place through year-end to reinforce awareness.
