You asked and GetUpside delivered. Now, you can track more consumer behavior for a better understanding of how GetUpside is driving traffic to your site(s) and what consumers are looking for to stay engaged.
The updates to the GetUpside dashboard allow you to break consumers out by frequency, as well as view how many new consumers are coming in through personalized promotions through the app. This information helps you track loyalty as well as ongoing conversions, dialing into how GetUpside’s partnerships with companies like Uber and Lyft are driving a new, consistent flow of consumers to your site(s).
As you track what promotions are driving sales and where these consumers are coming from, you and your employees can share insights on how to communicate with these consumers, including what branded promotions may interest them most, how our branded credit cards could impact their daily commute and/or business and to spark conversations that lead to lasting loyalty. In addition to these ongoing metrics, you can now review how many total consumers have visited your site(s) by way of GetUpside since you joined the program, giving you a clear answer to the question “What does GetUpside do for my business?”
These new features can be found on the “Behavior” tab of your GetUpside Dashboard. Be sure to share your GetUpside account with your employees so they can understand where this pool of consumers is coming from, how they found your site(s) and what the app’s generated personalized promotions look like for consumers.
