Bizlink will no longer be available beginning April 8, 2024

To complete the transition to Phillips 66 Gateway, Bizlink will no longer be available beginning April 8, 2024. After this date, you will no longer be able to access or use BizLink. If you try to access Bizlink, you will be redirected to Phillips 66 Gateway. If you have not transitioned to Phillips 66 Gateway already, we encourage you to begin the transition as soon as possible.  

Please see tips below to ensure you’re set up for success with Phillips 66 Gateway. 

  • Activate Your Account: If you have not activated your account yet, please complete your account set up. If your invitation email link has expired, please follow the password reset process below. If you need access, please contact your account admin.  
  • Forgot your username and/or password? You now have self-service access to reset your password! Simply visit gateway.phillips66.com, click “forgot password?”, and follow the prompts. Reminder: Your username is your full email address. 
  • Ensure all contacts are extended Gateway access: If you are a Gateway admin, you can add and extend access to contacts at your account. To ensure a smooth transition, please extend access to all contacts at sold-to and/or ship-to that may need access to Gateway. 
  • Set up your email subscriptions: Gateway offers financial, program, supply, marketing and performance subscriptions within your profile. To opt-in to receiving these emails, please log into your account, visit your Gateway My Profile (click your name in the top right), scroll to the subscription section and select from the multiple delivery subscriptions. 
  • Learn Phillips 66 with Gateway Academy: Learn Phillips 66 Gateway at your own pace! Gateway Academy hosts short videos specific to a certain topic. Find Academy videos under Resources > Gateway Support > Gateway Academy! 
  • Use the Need Help Widget: Use the orange “Need Help” button for step-by-step guidance across Gateway and check out the information icons throughout Gateway for quick tips. 
  • Case Management: Use the new Cases feature located in the teal menu to connect with your account specialist. Monitor your case status and communicate with your account team directly from the case! 
  • Leverage Back-Office Data Integrations Available [optional]: Admins can extend “integrations” permission to technical/IT teams to begin the process for integrating your Gateway data into your back-office system. Contact GatewayIntegrations@p66.com with questions. 
  • Provide Your Feedback on Phillips 66 Gateway: Do you have feedback you’d like provide on your Gateway experience? Please let us know by completing the Gateway Feedback Tab on Gateway.Phillips66.com. We appreciate your feedback and will reach out for more information as needed. 
  • Customer Support: Contact your Account Specialist for assistance with transactional, day-to-day activities via Gateway case (preferred), email or phone. As always our friendly Help Desk is available 24/7:
