Transitioning to Ipsos has been a big change for everyone. We have spent the past few months listening to your feedback and working to incorporate your suggestions to improve your user experience. The changes currently implemented and coming in Q1 of 2023 have been outlined for you below.
- You are now able to view a section that includes all curable questions as well as their point totals. Visit BizLink to view all questions and point values.
Changes Effective Jan. 1
- We are redefining curable questions to provide additional clarity and better align with your feedback. The new definitions allow for 12 of the 32 questions to be Cured, with the opportunity to regain 44 total points.
- Point values for the questionnaire will be redistributed. These changes will place a larger emphasis on specific key consumer touchpoints and experiences.
- The questionnaire will transition to a new layout that features two additional categories, “Pump Transaction” and “POP.” Previously, questions relating to these topics were included in the “Fuel Island” category. Consumer feedback has consistently shown that these items are important, and now the questionnaire will align with those values.
- The questions will be rearranged to ensure a more efficient visit for the shopper. The new question layout should allow the shopper to conduct the assessment easier and with minimal disruption to everyday site operations.
