The combination of Epsilon v3.2.002.9 and RPOS v2023.6.7 for Phillips 66®, Conoco® and 76® branded stations is now available with enhanced functionality including:
- Mobile Conexxus 2.0 support to enable sites to participate in additional consumer incentives such as new user discounts and other personalized promotions via the Fuel Forward® App
- Owning host connectivity fix
- Security enhancements and compliance support
- General system enhancements
Software Installation & Mobile Configuration
Contact your NCR channel partner or NCR directly to:
- Schedule and complete the software upgrade
- Determine additional hardware needs or upgrades, if any
- Configure for Mobile – Your support provider should contact the Phillips 66 Helpdesk (1-800-IAM-DOWN) during the installation process to update backend bootstrapping and complete loyalty setup configurations. Failure to do so may result in loyalty discounting errors or the inability to process mobile transactions.
Software End of Life
- The end of life date is to be determined for existing software. The date will be communicated separately.
- All sites should move forward with upgrade installations as soon as possible.
PCI Compliance Reminder
- Phillips 66 requires that EPOS software be maintained at the most current update available or, at a minimum, run an approved version listed on Phillips 66 Gateway.
- Sites should consult with their trusted PCI advisors or Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) to ensure that EPS 3.2.002.9 software is implemented in a manner consistent with current PCI DSS requirements.
