Please Note:
- Customers with multiple Sold-To accounts must complete the enrollment process for each Sold-To.
- If you opt in for electronic delivery, you will not receive a mailed copy*.
- If you previously opted in through Bizlink, you must re-enroll through Gateway. Otherwise, your default will be opt-out.
How to Enroll
- Log in to https://gateway.phillips66.com.
Navigate to Financial > 1099-K. - If you have multiple Sold-To accounts, select Sold-To Search, choose the Sold-To, click +, then select Confirm.
- Read the Electronic Consent Agreement, then select Opt In and click Submit.
- Prefer paper delivery? Click Opt Out to receive your form by mail.
