Phillips 66 is pleased to offer our customers online delivery of 2024 Form 1099-Ks through Phillips 66 Gateway. The online delivery of 1099-Ks will help to streamline the reporting process by allowing you to electronically download your 1099-Ks, rather than waiting on physical copies to arrive through the mail.*
Customers opting to receive their 1099-K electronically will be able to download their electronic 1099-Ks for 2024 via Gateway by February 1, 2025, as required by IRS regulations.
IMPORTANT: Customers MUST complete the enrollment process in order to receive 1099-Ks electronically. Also, customers with multiple Sold-To’s must complete the enrollment process for each individual Sold-To. Customers must opt-in by January 3, 2025 to receive an electronic 1099-K.
*Customers who Opt-In to receive an electronic 1099K will not be mailed a 1099K.
Please note, if you have opted-in through Bizlink in prior years, you will still need to opt-in through Gateway. Otherwise, your default will be opt-out.

- Login to Gateway.Phillips66.com. Select the Financial tab. Select 1099-K.
- Select Sold-To Search if you have more than 1 sold-to. Select Sold-to and click the +. Select Confirm.
- If you would like to receive an Electronic Delivery read the Electronic Consent agreement then select Opt In and Submit.
- Click here to opt out of Form 1099-K electronic delivery to receive your form by mail.
