The first round of the Excellence in Action site assessments conducted by our new provider, Ipsos, is now complete! As we begin the second round, we have some updates to share!
Over the past three months, we’ve been listening to your feedback, making portal adjustments, and adding more ways to continually improve user experience.
For example, we’ve recently added red and green font coloring to help visually distinguish points that are awarded (green) and points that are missed (red).
We’ve also made small changes to increase clarity. For example, question #6, which asks if the location was free from selling any illegal drugs, synthetic drugs, or drug paraphernalia, is a pass/fail question. Point values are hidden from this question to prevent confusion since it is not points-based. (Remember that scoring a “no” answer on question #6 will result in automatic shop failure!)
Shoppers will also be presenting updated “letters of authorization” when they are onsite completing an assessment. Upon introduction, the shopper will present a letter of authorization that indicates to your staff they are an Ipsos shopper and defines which type of assessment is occurring at that time. Copies of each type of letter can be found in Bizlink or in the Solution Center on the Ipsos Customer Portal. Quick links to each letter in Bizlink are posted below:
- Excellence in Action assessment (Ongoing quarterly mystery shop program)
- Conversion Site Assessment (Assessment for locations with an active image project)
- De-brand Assessment (Sites who have recently terminated their branded contract)
Thank you to everyone who has provided feedback! Stay tuned for more great additions and functions!
