As part of 76®‘s initiative to promote renewable diesel, we are excited to launch the Renewable Diesel Diner, a unique mobile experience designed to bring both sustainability and enjoyment to fans. This traveling diner will make stops at major sporting events, offering a fun and interactive way for attendees to learn about renewable diesel while enjoying a fan-favorite snack—French fries.
The Renewable Diesel Diner is not just a typical food truck. It’s an immersive activation aimed at raising awareness about renewable diesel. By bringing this message directly to sports fans in a creative and engaging format, we are fostering a deeper understanding of the positive environmental impact renewable diesel offers.
At each stop, the Renewable Diesel Diner will serve up delicious fries, allowing fans to make the connection between the cooking oil used to prepare their food and the renewable diesel that powers vehicles. This unique connection between food and fuel sparks curiosity and conversation, offering a tangible demonstration of how renewable energy can be part of our everyday lives.
The diner has already made a successful appearance at the LA Dodgers game on Saturday, September 21st, where fans lined up at the Right Center Field Gates to enjoy the fries and learn about the future of clean energy. Building on this momentum, the Renewable Diesel Diner is now headed to Portland for the Timbers game on Wednesday, October 2nd, where it will be set up outside Gate D from 4-7:30 PM. Fans attending this match can look forward to the same unique experience, connecting food with renewable energy in a fun and educational way.
To further encourage participation and promote the use of renewable diesel, we will remind fans of the $0.30 per gallon discount on renewable diesel purchases through the Fuel ForwardTM App.
