- Ensure all of your employees are trained to know how to use the app and process transactions
- Place an employee at the fuel island to tell consumers filling up about the mobile app discounts and promotions. Encourage app downloads and transactions!
- Have cashiers ask consumers if they’ll be using their mobile app to pay when inside the store
- Be on the lookout for your new Fuel Forward™ App POP kit arriving soon and install it according to the placement guide. It will include a Fuel Forward Employee Reference Guide to educate cashiers on how to answer consumer questions on the change.
- Mark your calendars for our upcoming holiday promotions, including an additional 5cpg to celebrate Cinco De Mayo and 17.76cpg for the Fourth of July. Both promotions will take place during the Destination Excellence contest period. These promotions will be an excellent opportunity for you to drive more consumers to your site(s) through the use of social media and word of mouth. We will be providing you with creative resources soon to help you market the promotions.
It’s official! The Fuel Forward App will be launching in the app store on April 3. As a reminder, there is a different process and timeline for how each of the My Phillips 66®, My 76® and My Conoco® App current user accounts sync to the new app. Check out the FAQs here.
